The time has come to put together a SLO Mens Side Rugby Tour to the United Kingdom. We are in the early stages of planning this epic event...as of now this is what we are thinking: 

• When: August 17-27, 2012 (the Scottish Highland Games are in Dunoon, home of Cowal Rugby, on the 25th)
• Where: Scotland
• Rugby: Two Matches
• Who: Current and past SLO players and supporters, Arroyo Grande Players, Cal Poly Players, Paso Robles Players...

Commitment:
We need written confirmation that you are in as soon as possible, and a $300 non-refundable downpayment. There will be monthly payments due each month ($150) up to the tour date.  

Checks should be made out to "SLO Rugby", with "Scotland Tour" in the memo line.
 
This money will pay for flights, hotels, and transportation once we are there.
 
Note that this does not pay for food or beer. We have a series of fundraisers planned to offset that cost.
 
A Note about Tour Costs: 
The payment plan will amount to $1,950. This is an estimate of how much we think we need for travel and accommodation. This could go up or down depending on the number of tourists we have.
